I know it’s a kinda late right now writing this blog of mine about the celebration of our Valentine’s Day before. It’s just because I don’t have time before because I had so many things need to be done first in that time. But remember there’s always a saying that "it’s better to be late than never". Anyway to begin with, Scott and I celebrated this special ocassion together. It was our second time of celebrating Valentine’s Day together here in Colorado Springs. This past Valentine’s Day, my husband Scott gave me a beautiful red roses and ‘cutey’ red stuffed toy. He is really a sweetheart!!! I know he likes surprising me every once in a while. That is one of his endearing qualities. He gave that Valentine gifts for me when he got home from work. That’s why I’m really surprised. He just called my name in that time, showed those thoughtful gifts from him and then gave it to me. So that I gave him a lot of kisses and hugs then. I have teary eyes in that moment..lol..because my heart was both filled of happiness and excitement in that time. I just thanked him and said "I love you so much Baby". Before the Valentine’s Day, we already did our little celebration by having lunch in Empire Asian Buffet Restaurant. It’s a big Restaurant with so many people eating there in that time. It’s because they served pretty good foods and it’s a variety of Asian foods. I miss Filipino foods every once in a while..lol..I don’t even forget our Valentine’s celebration last year. We celebrated that special ocassion of us at home. So that it’s more intimate and romantic. We have our dinner in bed and bubble bathed together. Scott even gave me a very relaxing massage. Scott also gave me a bouquet of red roses. Because he knows that I love roses. That was one of our wonderful days together as husband and wife. And now our relationship grows stronger than before. We have been married for two years now. It’s just a nice feeling to have someone you love and then loves you without boundaries. That’s why I like this sweet thoughts for Valentine’s Day…

You make me smile when I feel sad. You forgive me even if I make you mad. You taught me what’s right and wrong. You also taught me how to sing a song. There’s one more thing you need to know. You are loved more than words can ever show. There is nothing more than I can say. Just have a lovely Valentine’s Day!!!

My First Year!

It was my first year here in USA last February 7th, 2007. I can’t believe that I’m already one year here in Colorado Springs. I can say that time really past by so quickly. I just arrived here last year and now it’s been a year that I’m already here. My date of arrival before was February 7th, 2006 and my Port of Entry was LAX- Los Angeles Airport. The first time I saw USA, I was really amazed with the sceneries but the "weather" was a big shocked for me. I remembered that time when I first arrived here in Colorado Springs. In the CS Airport, my husband Scott bought me a sweater because I have no idea how’s the weather out there-outside the airport?..lol..I’m confident at first that I will not freeze my ass off because I get used with the wethear in the Philippines. But when we went outside…omg…the first statement that came out from my mouth was "I feel I’m living inside the refrigerator"…lol…I told it to my husband and then he started to laughed at me. Up to now everytime I’m thinking of that experienced of mine, I’m laughing my ass off..lol..I rememberd Scott carried both of our luggages in that time so that I can keep myself warm because he knows that I’m so so cold. Poor Scott! He carried two heavy luggages for both of us. I love you baby!!! But at the same token we were very thankful that there was a bus outside the Aiport that brought us in the area where our car parked. I felt much better when we went inside the car because of the heater there and when we finally got home- to our "home-sweet-home". "Welcome Ashley"..lol..Anyway, we both celebrated my first Anniversary here in USA by having a lunch in "Applebees" Restaurant. They served pretty good food there. That’s why we decided to ate there. We also did a little bit of shopping in Chapel Hills Mall. I love shopping!!! It’s me…We just rented few movies from ‘Blockbuster’ too and then watched the movies the whole night while we are both eating popcorns..lol..We just like being together, you know! most especially in celebrating different ocassions. In that day too, we went to "Mountain Shadows Vision Center" for the new prescription of my eyes and for my new pair of eye glasses. It was a long day for both of us but we do really enjoyed each others moments as husband and wife..as lovers and bestfreinds..

I’ve finally got a chance to write a blog about the celebration of our 2nd Wedding Anniversary here in Colorado Springs. I been busy this past few days because of my work. Time really past by quickly. I remembered we just got married in the Philippines before last January 21th, 2005. Now we were already married for 2 years. That was our first time to celebrate our Wedding Anniversary together and here in USA. We got married in my home Country and then on our first Wedding Anniversary we were far away from each other and were both waiting for the processings of our petition. It’s a kinda hurry up and wait..lol..it’s all good then because it was over! We been there and done that already! We are together now here in Colorado Springs and enjoying each other time. Anyways, last January 21th of this year was our 2nd Wedding Anniversary. We celebrated that special ocassion of us at home and by having a dinner date in a Restaurant. At home, Scott cooked some foods as part of our celebration.  And then in the following days, we went out for our dinner date in "Red Lobster" Restaurant. We both love seafoods that’s why we decided to went there. We are really excited for that special moments of us that’s why we already have gift card from Red Lobster. I can say that we were both happy in that moment because our hearts were both filled of excitements. We are very thankful too that our relationship grows stronger than before. We both shows each other love and affections then in that time. I will never forget that special moments of us being together. I just want to thank God for all everything; for giving my beloved husband to me, for making our relationship grows beautifully than ever before, and for all the blessings He had given to both of us, Scott and I. Anyways, we have another celebrations to look forward to again: my 1st year arrival here in USA and of course the "Valentines Day" favorite day of the couples/lovers. I can’t wait and I’m excited again because we like celebrating different ocassions together…our special moments together…coming soon…
